Practitioner Partners - CMP partners with orthotists and physical therapists willing to make a donation of their time. These service providers are our “Partners” in improving a child’s mobility.
Financial Partners - CMP raises donated funds from our financial "Partners" for devices and equipment. Service providers access these funds on an individual child basis.
Process - The service provider completes the request form and if the request meets CMP’s requirements, funds are provided to the provider directly. The provider must submit an invoice from the manufacturer for the orthotic device or therapy equipment. Funds are not given directly to child or the child’s family in any circumstances. CMP assists financially with mobility related devices and equipment not covered by insurance.
